Honouring Sacrifices at Shoreham Fort
As Remembrance Sunday approaches, we remember those who sacrificed during war. Shoreham Fort keeps their stories alive for future generations.
Our Support for the War Memorial Trench
In 2020, we gave 2,800 hessian sandbags to help build the War Memorial Trench. This project:
- Was recognised by the Imperial War Museum and the War Memorials Trust.
- Highlighted the dedication of volunteers in difficult conditions.
The Importance of Remembrance Sunday
On Remembrance Sunday, we reflect on those who served. Shoreham Fort’s projects, like the WWII Education Area, remind us of the past.
